“When I explored Gillette as a potential place to work, it really pulled at my heartstrings,” says Harris. “I’ve been in health care for 22 years and I know that kids with conditions seen at Gillette are often marginalized. I want to be part of a place that really focuses on giving kids and families hope and helping them ‘create their own story.’ I see what we do as a ministry and a way of giving back.”
