Joyce Trost, PhD, is Director of Research at Gillette. She began her career here in 1991 as a physical therapist, eventually developing a passion for clinical research and its impact on children who have cerebral palsy. Today, she oversees seven well-developed research teams that engage patients in all studies and translate their findings to innovations in patient care.
