Having a passion for figuring out how things work, Adam Rozumalski found himself in the Motion Lab at Gillette as part of his Master’s program. Now, he is the manager of the department at an organization that lets him grow and develop. In seeing projects through from concept to completion, he feels a sense of pride. It’s rare for an engineer to see how their work directly impacts someone.
The transition from student to engineer was difficult yet fulfilling. While his PhD has been useful in the workplace, by traveling the world presenting research and teaching courses he also learned how to say, “two beers, please!” in seven different languages.”
