For over 30 years, Lance Reed has worked with people who have developmental and physical differences in one form or another. After working different office jobs and being laid off, he realized he kept gravitating to healthcare. At the age of 35, he enrolled in nursing school. Since then, he has become a beloved member of the Gillette staff. When not helping patients, Lance is a member of a band, “Goodnight Ritual”. He plays drums, writes music and performs with his best friends.
“To me, it is a source of pride knowing that we have been there for families and kids for 125 years.”
