Toni Gillen was inspired to become a nurse while working for a community-based organization that supported children with intellectual and physical disabilities; many of whom were Gillette patients. Twenty-five years later, Toni changed career paths and became a nurse. Her goal was “to not just be a nurse, but to be a Gillette Children’s nurse.” And she did just that.
